Jamie :)

I had a little trouble wathing all of the videos because of my bad internet connection.
but I got to watch the first video, the most of nr 2 and the start of nr 3.

now you had alot of diffrent stuff to be done on the surgery, but is it something they all do our is it kinda,
how to say... something you chooce, like if you wanna take all the surgery or only few of them,
or if there just 1 or 2 you wanna have or not the other ones?

now you got your adams aple removed right?
my mtf friend is specially unhappy with that part and want to find a ffs somewhere in europa to get it away.

p.s. thanks for sharing its incridible to see how small chance makes a big difference, I somehow wish I could do something about my face since it pretty femenine but I guess if I get a beard then it would be my hero.

FFS can be small surgical procedures, one at a time...or all at once - 7 hours of surgery in my case.  Why all at once, well one recovery time and it's cheaper.

Yes I had a Trachea Shave - not an adams apple removal.  This procedure is where they shave down the cartilage to make it smoother, with out damaging the vocal cords.

oh okay,
now I might be pretty stupid but is it posible to remove the adams apple,
or is the only way to get it removed or make it look smoother.

if both ways are posible then what is the good and bad points of them,

If you want to talk, you can't remove the Adams Apple!

"Adam's apple" refers to only the piece of the cartilage that sticks out of your neck, not the entire larynx. Removing your adam's apple and a trachea shave are the same thing.
