I've been dealing with effects of GID and the dysphoria that come along with it ever since I was in my teens and I never wanted to admit what was probably going on. I would just repress repress repress and I've finally realized after all the years of handling it so poorly that I need to get into therapy and talk things out to help make sense out of it all. I'm gonna try to call today to make the appointment :)

Good for you Kaylie! If your sessions go anything like mine you will be doing fine in no time at all. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Let us know how things go for you.
