Random, games I play mostly atm are GoW and Fable 3. A bit of Halo once in a while. Will be adding Space Marine, GoW3 and Skyrim soon (/when them are released)

Gears of War 3 looks EPIC. Even my girlfriend wants it.

Btw if you DO end up getting a slim, I highly suggest buying the Nyko intercooler fan for it. It's only $20! I know $20 is $20 but I thought that was really cheap for xbox hardware. It is amazing! It sucks out all of the heat from my xbox and blows it out of the fan on top of my xbox. I even left my xbox on all day without knowing and when I went to check on my xbox's heat before I shut it off, it was cold! But the fan was pretty hot but it didn't cause any damage to either one.

Thank you. I'm going to the store tomorrow and get the torx screwdrivers and thermal paste, then attempt to fix it. If it doesn't work I will just order a 4GB slim off Amazon. I have $281.36 in gift cards coming my way. I just packaged up some games and textbooks to trade in to Amazon.  So after buying the xbox I will have about 80 bucks left to put towards the MW3 hardened edition. I'm leery of intercoolers, but will look into it. The entertainment center in the game room is open so I think it should be good.

If only I could figure out if I need separate Elit accounts for PS3 and xbox, or if the one that will come with the hardened edition be enough.
