i know what i sad but certain ppl made me stay anyways yea i know its weird but its like summer in Africa and only 4 months HRT but i am almost a full A cup i can't just wear shirt anymore i am dying of heat any tips i mean i am dying in my jackets pls help ! 

now don't go you should be grateful  because you don't have to deal with 30 degrees C   for most days in a jacket

any who any tips would be great

I lived in Tijuana Mexico when I was four months on HRT. Like you it was too hot to wear a jacket. I was able to cover things by wearing two T-shirts that were kind of baggy. If you wear anything that isn't white you can also wear a sports bra to keep things flatter.

I went full-time at 5 months because I was seeing all those pretty sundresses and I really didn't want to wait any longer to wear my very own.

It's that hot - or hotter - here all summer long, at least we don't have humidity.  But loose white clothing (cotton, gauze type fabrics) is the time-honored way of doing it.  Drink lots of water.  Avoid the sun.  Stay wet, or at least damp.  I try to hang at the pool, that's the Cali way.

I'm dealing with that issue by wearing compression tank tops. BTW, I will be in africa in jsut over 2 weeks. Johannasburg, Pemba and Kampala

30 C degrees really isn't that hot, but drink lots and lots of water.
Can't you wear a sport bra? That should flatten them.
And a big baggy white shirt will do the trick.

71 days over 100 here, i wear a cami with a shelf bra under everything, it will help. last blood test put me at levels of menopause 75t 59 e Yessss! 

We are very much into Autumn over here.   It is cold wet and dark by 7.00pm.

i wish i was allowed but ! i am glad i don't smell or sweat like a man anymore tho some stupid fool stabbed my nipple now i have a scar but hey that's life every good thing deserves a bad one as payment

U can walk around in a sweater or jacket but you cant wear a tight sports bra under your regular clothes? I dont understand that, im 5 months hrt and with a tight sports bra i feel very comfortable about my chest in guy mode.

i can't see how when my mom controls my accounts since i came out to her so i need as many not sports bra tips as possible pls

large oversized baggy shirt is your only remaining option i would take control of my life and just go buy a sports bra your going to have to take control sooner or later either way or stop taking hormones until you can face the consequences they will bring Hun much luck and peace be with you
