I was looking at a STP-Packer site and I noticed some print about how it's illegal to sell one to someone under 18..

I'm wondering why though.

It's not for sexual reasons and it's just a penis. Does it count as being pornographic or "harmful material"?

I would classify it as a prothetic but that is just what I think.

Maybe that's just the company's policy. I can guarantee possession of a prosthetic penis is not a criminal offence at any age.... LOL. It's a piece of silicone.

Yeah, I think it's just companies being on the safe side and distancing themselves from any activity that could in any way be remotely construed as selling sex toys to minors. You know how some of the rest of the population at large is--most people don't know what a packer is, and some of those people are prone to over-reaction.

Though I've also noticed that a lot of online sites in general won't allow minors to order stuff--anything, even not sex-related / penis-related.

Anyway, going back to the original question, while it may be questionable whether it's illegal for a company to sell someone a packer (also depends on the country buyer and seller are from, probably), I certainly don't think it would be illegal anywhere (well, most places that I know of) for a minor to own a packer--like, if he makes his own. And even if he buys it from someone, I don't think the actual state of owning it itself is a problem.

Of course its illegal. For anyone under 18 you need to not be interested in anything sexual or you will go to prison for the rest or your life.. after your 18 you can do whatever you want but still be carefull with people over 19 because theyr are aLL PERVERTS LIKE ME ... YIKES DID I SAY ALL THAT OR AM I INSANE   yepper i am insane.. .. please ignore the person behind the curtain theyr are trulu insane.. yes thats me .. .. there is no thing as sex.. it doesn't exist... its all a part of your imaginations.. .. you will soon find out all of us over 18 are all celibate and lonely or is that loney .. well either way we are weird so stay far away from perps like us because if not you will become what we are.. oh what are we?? oh yea were weird .. very very weird

You'd probably have to email the company to get their specific reason.
I think it's just because it's considered sexual, because it's a replica of a sexual organ, and most people probably think of them as mentally scarring *Sad*
But it's not a problem for a minor to own one, buying is another story.

not illegal to have a packer. most online stores that sell them also sell porn and have pornographic images on their websites so they dont allow minors.
