I was working with a client when this ad on her TV suddenly caught my attention. I don't know why but this thing called NoNo caught my eye and so later on that night I looked it up on the net. Apparently it uses some thermal thing to stop hair growth after a few weeks, or I guess up to after 3 months. *shrugs* If it even does half of what it claims it will save me on some re-doing laser treatments, not to mention make it a little easier to pass since it is supposed to work for anyone and any gender. Even apparently had a few clinical trials listed. Anyone ever use the stuff?

p.s. I am not advertising for this product, just trying to find out more before I commit a $100+.

I seem to recall this was discussed some time ago, but very few had used it and reports were mixed.

If I may, can I suggest what some suggested then? If you can afford it, buy one. I'm pretty certain quite a few here will be grateful for a report, either way.

I remember that thread too. I think there was one negative report on it because I replied, so NoNo is a NONO. Lol.

I remember seeing an add for that sometime ago as well. I was intrigued by it as well, I did alot of reasearch about it and read alot of consumer reports. The vast majority of what I found was negative. I seem to recall alot of people saying they would rather just use a razor as it doesnt reduce growth at all. Also, that it makes their house smell like burnt hair. In the end i decided against it. But, as a disclaimer, I have no first hand knowledge about this product. Hope that helps a little.

No No is actually a rip off. On Amazon.com 114 buyers gave it one star. 8 people gave it 5 stars. NoNo barely works on hair and armpits. Doesn't touch facial hair.

The only decent laser at home treatment (which is also the only FDA approved unit) is the Silk'n SensEpir Hair removal system. It costs $575.00. On Amazon.com it received an average of 4.5 stars out of 5.

It costs a lot but it will save you money on the long term.

Hmm, maybe i'll try it. Didn't seem to be painful according to testers and if it works as well as people are claiming maybe I won't have to shave by next summer. The cost is a bit much though...

The nono sounded nice but I can't find any review by men, most of the reviewers have this sound of paid advertising, and lots of complaints of trying to take advantage of the 30 day return. Guess If I have that much extra money i'll save for the better option...darn it. 

if you can afford then you should get it. Its def a LOT of money but with the right training you will have the ability to do touch ups all over your body and it really would pay for itself after a few sessions.

Hmm we will see. Unfortunately I definitely got the Italian genes for body hair, which nair and stuff can take care of I guess. Wonder if this thing would be an alternative to full body laser, or even facial laser. Already had facial laser once but it didn't stick. >.<

It's a rip off.

It doesn't work for men - I tried my facial hair and all it did was create a burning smell that made me want to puke. 

I tried my legs, arms, underarms, face, and even chest and it doesn't work.  I watched all of the videos, read the instructions and even called them and it doesn't work.

Plus - it has a 90 day guarantee - I had to fight for my refund - exactly 11 calls.  Finally they refunded in portions and to this day I have never received a full refund.  I just gave up.

Now if you have had laser or are on hrt with thinner hair I don't know it may work - but the risk outweighs the positive.
