I've been experiencing very bad dysphoria recently and though my browsings on the net, I came across this video. I won't lie and say it made me feel happy but it did bring a smile to my face even only for a second

Gender Dysphoria

Hope it helps you guys  :police:

I believe I'm past the point where such a video could "help" me, but I did find it lovely and could see how it could really help those trying to figure themselves out/not feel so freakish.

I dig it.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

I found this video very helpful for dealing with dysphoria.

These videos always give me a little smile, but they don't really help anymore, not like they used to when I first started transitioning. I do like the reminder though of surgery will happen some day, sometimes I forget that, and I feel like it's a life time away. I think we could all use a reminder like that every now and then.

Thinking that surgery will happen is a good way to help dysphoria but it won't end after surgery.  There will always be something you dislike about your body, as it is with cis people, that spare tire, crows feet, freckles, etc.  Surgery results may not be what you were expecting or "perfect".  I think learning to deal with dysphoria pre-surgery or pre-T can help in the long run.
