Hi Jeanine,

I'm Debbie and I'm new here too. I'm from the USA and also have two kids. I just recently admited to my wife I am transexual so I'm very early in the process although I've been dealing with my issue on my own for almost all of my 49 years. Its lonly here and I need a friend.

There are a lot of nice people here and they seem very willing to help. They have already developed friendships and will certainly welcome us too as we share our stories.

I have a favor to ask as a new sister here. Would you mind being a friend to me as we explore things here and get to know what's available? I need someone to hold my hand. Or someone that's been here awhile to take me under thier wing.

Its so hard.

Both of you are invited to come into the Chat rooms at www.susans.org  or via her IRC server.

There are many people from all over the world who chat day and night.  We have several channels, so it's easy to go off and have a quiet chat with just one or two other people.

Look for @robyn, and I'll be happy to give lots of free advice that might even be worth that much.  LOL

Welcome, Jeanine!

There are many of us here with children, and many of us middle aged.  I know you will make friendships here.  It is so much better a journey if we can walk it together.  Please let me know if I can help.  Sometimes the blind leading the blind is a pretty good way to discover unexpected treasures.

Again, welcome!
