When I think about sending my letter to my mum, I kind of don't want to do it but then at night I feel as tho it would be the easiest thing to do.. until I think that she is going to read it and want to talk about it in the morning or sometime.. which i'm not looking forward too..

Does anyone else feel things are easier to say/send/do at night? It's weird and make things difficult! :(

I think it's easier to send, but the timing doesn't really strike me as important.  I did send my parents an e-mail at night, but that's kind of just how it worked out.  My father was up and responded swiftly, anyway.

Sam-

Nighttime definitely makes for different thoughts. About two years ago (winter of 09) I was really depressed and I would stay up til like six am every night crying my eyes out feeling like I was gonna die, and every night I was like okay as soon as my mom wakes up I'm going to unload everything I feel onto her because I have to and it'll be okay. Then morning comes and I'm like uhhh...nevermind not gonna happen.

I've had the same happening for about 2 weeks. Then I finally just said "->-bleeped-<- it" and went to go get my mom mentioning that we needed to talk. Probably one of the most stressful experiences in my life.
