The local LGBT center where I am at is contastantly looking for ways to get the T involved.
Problem is that once folks transition they leave the comunity.

  I'm curious here . When are we as a Group  going to align ourselves and stop picking on the divisions within our ranks , by that the crossdresers vs . Post ops , vs Pre ops , vs androgonines .............. Im just sick of the whole deal .

If we EVER accept ourselves , stop the silly fighting and then WORLD , LOOK OUT !!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with you, Ellen!  However, labels can be somewhat beneficial for a couple of reasons, only IMHO...
1) It is good to know that we are not alone in the process of identifying ourselves.
2) Easier to use label when you are trying to search for something, instead of trying to Google, "I am a biological female but I feel like I'm more aligned towards the masculine and I identify more like a man, but I am not sure if I want to change my biological sex."
