I make my own bread and the recipe works for pizza bottom too.
The recipe is pretty easy and rather simple.
480 grams flour (I use wholewheat primarily)
9 grams salt
~ tablespoon sugar (this is food for the yeast and is consumed, still, I prefer to use raw sugar)
12 grams dry yeast
and 3dl of lukewarm water (I use beer/pilsner instead of water when making pizza dough and a little less sugar and add about a tablespoon of olive oil to give it a more pizza like consistency)
This bread needs about 20-30 minutes to rise before shaping and then should be given another 20-30 minutes before cooking for pizza, 50-60 minutes for "bread".
'course, when I make home made pizza, I make three, each one personalized for each one of the three people in the house and then this recipe is just the right amount of bread for us.
