Muscle loss, le plan!

I want to lose my pectorals, they are the last muscle group I have that still looks guyish, and they are stubborn. I think I get what I have to do.

I'm planning on doing a very low protein high carb diet (15 or 20 % protein and fat, 80% carb) with around of 8 calxkg day or a bit more if I can't manage. This would be for me about 512 cals each day, along with as much cardio as I can fit into my schedule.

Basically my body would go into a catabolic state and eat up muscle. Since I can't target my pecs, I have to lose overall muscle.

Once the area is flat, I will restart with a normal diet and let the correct areas be filled with gynoid pattern fat.

So girls, is this sound ? I know it is a extreme diet, but considering I won't keep it up for long, I don't think I will get sick because of it.
