I noticed a different smell of my urine, but I didn't get a fishy smell at the tip of the thing yet.

What's TMI?

Anyway, a fishy smell at the tip of the penis is either that your hygiene/peeing/masturbation habits have changed, or you're producing more fluid (preseminal fluid, I think?) as a result of HRT, which I've ever read a testimony about (nothing about the smell, though).

I think it's an effect from not washing properly.

i wash really properly. i wash my hands about 5 times a day, and i have purely obsessional obsessive compulsive disorder, so one of my obsessions is being very clean.

Could it be some sort of infection? I haven't had this problem myself.

it couldn't be since i have no swelling or anything like that. it's not a strong smell. it's pretty normal for me.
