Mia and Marq

Hey all,
I just wanted to share a little secret of mine that isn't all that secret.

Getting things shipped to me in the mail is always so exciting for me. If I order a pair of shoes on ebay, suddenly I'm out at the mailbox every day awaiting for that package with excitement. I don't think it matters really what it is thats coming in the mail for me, as long as I want it. This even goes for my Netflix account. I send them back their DVDs and they send me some more. What will I get next...

Recently I ordered a whole ballerina outfit (a tutu, pink stockings and pointe shoes) and I have to say I hadn't been that excited about getting a package in a long time. And when it finally came, the smile on my face I had trouble getting off.

I understand that if you order things constantly you'll eventually run out of money, but every once in a while, get something delivered to you. Key to being happy right there.

Just my humble opinion
Marq and Mia
Being given the gift of two-spirits meant that this individual had the ability to see the world from two perspectives at the same time. This greater vision was a gift to be shared, and as such, Two-spirited beings were revered as leaders, mediators, teachers, artists, seers, and spiritual guides

I've done mail order for years, even in the darks ages when you called the company on the phone or mailed in the order sheet that was in the back of the catalog. Mail order needlework supplies, machine parts, jewelry supplies, clothes, books,,,, everything.

I used to get alot of flak about "support your local business's" the fact is that most of the places I was supposed to support weren't supporting me. My pet peeve is a shop that "dont have it, but can order it". this translates to, order it sometime next week or so when they make an order anyways, then have it in another 2-3 weeks. :(
Sometimes I've paid more vis mailorder for service and there are a few mail order places treat me like gold :D

I can't say enough good about Netflix. Netflix is one of those rare deals that REALLY is as good as they advertise it to be, maybe better.

I certainly understand that feeling....I personally am going to be ordering a pair of heels for a costume I am making for a convention.  When I order it I wont be able to contain my glee and probably don them immediately.....its a good feeling.

before I do that though, it might be a good idea to tell the last of my roomies about my transsexual status.....yep yep....definitely a good idea

Marq and Mia, online ordering, paying, waiting and taking delivery is certainly a wondrous thing! You can get practically anything! Lest we forget people google, or what to order, is also an exciting and good friend too. I'm actually compiling a "wish list" of favorite things and plan on leaving the details of actually paying & taking delivery to SO! She says "if I'm good" . . .

Hey Rach!! No see long time. Still spend a lot of time in chat?? I would think a roomie of yours would be able to draw their own conclusions! :icon_bunch:

hehe, i have never been on the chat, im kinda new....-giggles- nice to meet you though -hugs-

i think he already knows, its just a matter of trusting him enough to talk about it, which is kind of unnerving
