What weight should i be to go through hormones i am 6 feet and way like 200 right now i want to loose a lot i just wanted to know what you think would be safe and look great!

Well I noticed this post being here for a while without any responses. I asked a similar question back a few days ago https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,109942.0.html

But in my opinion you should get to a good BMI level, somewhere in the healthy range. This way if you gain or loose weight when your getting on hormones you can adjust.  And just aheads up, I gained 20 lbs being on hormones. So I had to cut back on calories a lot. So just becareful and not to do anything unhealthy.
