How flexible are you? I know for me I'm about as flexible as a tree trunk. I can't even touch my own shoulders lol. Does anyone have experience doing things like yoga to work on improving flexibility?

Moderately... >.>

I'm a bent up old woman in spirit, though, so my back can go out at times -- even though I'm technically still a teenager. lmao

I've never done Yoga, but I am very flexible.

I'm hyper-flexible. I can put my leg over my head, or rotate my hand so my arm looks broken and those kinds of things.

I'm jealous. :P I feel like improving my flexibility would really help make my movements, and thus me, appear more feminine.

You got me! As soon as I read the post I touched my shoulder to see if there was a problem! Hugs, Tracey

Do hormones make you more flexible?

I am super flexible and not happy about it. I have had chronic pain in my lower back for 10 years now and problems with most of my joints. Of course working as an aerial acrobat and doing all kinds of crazy contortions sure didn´t help the issue but that´s why I had to stop doing that and it was a long time ago now. Yoga will be really good for you if you are stiff. For me it´s just bad and Pilates is great.
I haven´t felt any difference after 2 years hrt.
