Ok, so I'm waiting on underworks to exchange my first binder (size too small, what can I say--oops!) and I recently realized that my bras are all too small (I'm not out, enough be said for now), and now I'm gonna need more bras for work (I still live female....sadly for me....), as if a 36 b/c wasn't bad enough, now I'm a 36 c/d! (that's 14 b/c/d for those like myself in aus). So what can I do about the dysphoria its causing for me, its bad enough that even the length of my hair can cause it (needless to say, it's fairly long, like top of boobs long, because my mother has mentioned that your boobs don't stop growing until your 18.

So I guess what I'm asking is, what do/did you guys do to help your dysphoria before you could bind whilst still growing? It's going into summer here so I can't layer up like I used to; and is there anything (this is going to sound so naive and stupid) that I can do to discourage my boobs from growing? I'm small enough as it is 156cm ('5"2) and 56kgs (123 lbs), I don't need or want any more boobage than necessary.
Sorry this is so long.

I'm also in Oz and not looking forward to the summer as it means t-shirt weather.  I was where you are now as I'm sure many others were.  I did everything I could to try and stop my moobs growing, but unfortunately nothing worked.  I had to suck up my "girl mode" to please my family and just essentially spent my school years withdrawn.  When I was home, though, I used play and my imagination to help my dysphoria.  I wrote stories about myself from my perspective as a man - a pirate, a scientist, etc.  I dressed in men's clothes at home and when my mum would question it I would just say I was studying costumes because I wanted to be in theatre.  I guess I was an escapist and just lived in my mind. Sorry if that's depressing, but it got me through.
