I've been on HRT for almost 23 months now.
I am familiar with breast pain and have had a reasonable amount of growth.
But recently on and off but now most of the time my nipples are real itchy and my breast hurt.
Has anyone had itchy nipples? Is it normal with HRT?

Last night I had to take off my everyday soft all cotton bra because it was causing them to be itchy.

Heck, mine get itchy and I'm not even on HRT yet. One thing to try is to cover them with bandaids when they start feeling that way. Sometimes, that will help reduce the irritation of cloth shifting around over them.

I have experienced this itching as well. Probably the body's way telling you "HEY! MORE BLOOD CIRCULATION IN THIS AREA! PRONTO!"

Mine are itchy! And poking out to much sometimes and not on hormones.
Hint use creme to keep them soft !

I tried using creme and now they are soft and still itch.

The itching was the first thing I noticed when I got on HRT    The true pain of growth didn't really kick in until about 3 mo.s in

Now after 25 mo.s they seem to go in cycles    The pain and itching will settle down for awhile and I'll think they are through growing, but then they'll start up again first with the itching soon followed by painful puffy nipples

I use some cream and do a boob massage to help them calm down

I like the name but not the pain. 

Mine get itchy at times, but for the most part I have the puffyness with pain. I also get a prickly type pain around the nipple sometimes.
