Just an update,

I had a laser appt today, I had a new tech who hadn't worked on  me before, she like all the other woman who have worked on me was great. But since she hadn't worked on me we went back through my file, and it was great a good opportunity to see what has been done. . I have had  nine full face treatments in just over 12 months. My pre laser pic I saw for the second time, Geez I was one hairy creature - and I had shaved just before (60 mins?) the pic was taken.  My first sessions were three hours for a full face, split into three one hour sessions, for the pain. This latest session was three and a half months since the last, we were both stunned. This latest one took  ten minutes. It was the upper lip and a few scattered random hairs. She had to use the full magnifying lens to spot them.
I am very happy with the outcome and it has been money well spent. I have noticed wearing less makeup makes me far better looking and passing, I think the heavy makeup I use to have to wear was a big distraction for people.

I feel really good. Sometimes it takes a completely independent person to look at you and say that your results are amazing to acknowledge the wonderful work people have put in.

Go and get zapped

Awh!
Happy for you :]

I can't wait to start laser.
Going full time is what I've been craving so badly.
But I don't feel comfortable doing it when I have an ugly shadow on my face >.<

CINDY!!

I shall go and get zapped, I like your reporting. PM incoming.

Joey (you are everywhere!), how far into HRT did you say were?  I've had no removal, I'm six months in, and I went full time as soon as I discovered dermablend. My hair takes more than 8 hours to develop into a full on shadow now.

Oh yea, I lied to you both, I'm totally all over the board tonight.

I'm close to 3.5 months!
and i've heard good things about dermablend.
i know it's one of those full coverage foundations.

I need to get my ->-bleeped-<- butt to the mall to find a counter that sells it.

For laser?  That seems more like times for electrolysis.  My laser sessions last about 10 minutes, and I had horrible facial hair.

Nonetheless, I'm happy to hear of your progress!  I only wish I had taken a before photo; that was a good idea.

Congrats!

I will toss out for others viewing this thread that three hours doesn't match my first session and I was also very hairy. It took me 30 minutes to marinade in the lidocaine cream and the about an hour for the actual laser. My last visit was down to 30 minutes and 30 minutes. My next appointment (4th) she said should only be 30 minutes total.

As far as a starting picture didn't your clinic do one automatically.
Blessed Be!
