I could not stand this band when I first heard them. In fact, it took years for me to figure out that they were one of my very favorites. They have a wide range of music and they appeal to both the hard-rocker and the soft-hearted senses within me. This thread is about the soft side of the Smashing Pumpkins. Didn't know they had one? You may find yourself pleasantly surprised, as was I.
