I have undetectable T levels and want to supplement with testosterone cream because I have extremely dry skin, bladder problems, fatigue, moodswings/depression (a lot of crying) and low libido.

I tried cutting back with the androcur, but that is too difficult to dose...my T levels would come back to fast resulting in hairloss...
So I want to use a cream so that I can controll it better and use a very small amount... two times a week to start with.

My question:
Can you supplement with Testosterone cream while on androcur (T blocker)....?

If you look I think you will find that Androcur (cyproterone acetate) has some of your gripes as side effects, certainly fatigue, mood swings, low libido and depression. If your worried about hair loss either finasteride or dutasteride might be a better choice. Using testosterone whilst trying to suppress it doesn't make sense.

Just my opinion at the end of the day but if you're taking androcur to suppress your testosterone why would you want to take testosterone to replace it.
Surely it would be easier to just take less androcur and not suppress quite so much of what is after all your own natural testosterone. I don't know why you're taking androcur but if it's only for hair loss this is quite a serious drug to be messing about with. I believe it's not approved in the US? I think it is somewhat liver toxic and that it can cause a few other issues that you should really be monitored for whilst you're taking it. Finasteride is a pill and dutasteride or dutas (it's generic) is a gelatine capsule) both taken orally. Speak to your doctor and do some research.....

But then isn't it contradictory or pointless to take T? It would make far more sense to lower your Androcur dosage. Which, as you said, is very precise business.

My T has been undetectably low now for ~7 months and I worry as well. Everyone needs a little, at least. Going to bring it up with my endo in a few weeks.

I have tried 3 times to lower my androcur dose WITHOUT succes. I cannot control the testosterone in this way. I get inmeditate hairloss. Still I do not want to go on without T for years since I cannot do surgery yet.

I thought androcur only tells the brain to stop producing T?

the problem is... I cannot get to a small amount of T in my blood like woman have with reducing androcur... its either undetectable or too much.

Cyproterone acetate or androcur does block androgen receptors as well. So any T you take with androcur isn't going to be used by your body.
Another thing you could try is switching to Spironolactone, which is a weaker anti-androgen and as such it's likely easier to configure your optimal dosage.

I'll ask my endo the 6th of dec, it's bothering me as well though I haven't had the side effects you describe.

Id have to go to thailand for that... and dont have the money.
I dont think they do it here in europe.

I found a place that would do it in India (tour2india4health.com) obviously you'll need to find your own flight. I think the cost of the procedure was £1,250.00 It was a little basic and not particularly modern but they got it done and I was looked after well. Stayed for a couple of days and was monitored closely, blood pressure etc. It can be a walk in, walk out procedure but it's not a bad thing to take it easy for a couple of days. I took my own stitches out a few days after I got home, no biggy  and no more cyproterone or it's side effects....

OR use a super strong tightly wrapped RUBBERBAND    then be patient for a few weeks.. hey it works on the cows around here as my amish neighbors tell me..

Orchiectomy is recommended therapy to control T when surgery is going to be delayed so it shoudl be available in Europe and in fact I'm goint to legally test the issue in court in near future.
But as most therapists and doctors worship the holyness of testicles they won't refer for getting rid of them without a struggle.
If you have transitioned fully and live as a woman you can get them removed as a Human Right.  go see a lawyer.

as you are messing on and off with various hormones it may be that your hairloss and other problems are a seesaw that needs to wind down so maybe cutting right back to a low dose of feminising stuff for about three months will let your body reset itself?
