HEllo. Since I started HRT about 3 months ago, I have had these feelings and sensations in my legs for some reason. They happen at random times throughout the day and i wonder if it might have something to do with being on HRT. I am a MTF BTW.

At first I thought maybe my legs are still growing and it's like a Growing pain(If those even exist)lol, but I am 24 (Turn 25 in April), so I doubt I am still growing in that department, specially considering I am already pretty tall and have been for the last few years.

Has anyone else experienced this at all?

Pain?  No.  Tingles and itching?  Yes.  Almost as if little bugs are crawling on my legs.  I cannot state the cause, as I do not know; though obviously HRT related.  Nonetheless, I accept I may simply be going crazy.  Regardless, you are not the only one.

My legs have been itching and tingling as well, it's most likely the HRT, given that I haven't had these issues before. At least it's a good feeling after scratching. :D

At 24 it's very rare, but with HRT you can't be too safe. Could be a blood clot. Does it hurt if you push against your leg? Does it get red?

I had mildly painful legs, mainly calves after a few months of estrogen as well. I'm 24. My GP gave me daily shots called Clexane (anti-thrombosis, blood thinner) and it went away.

Thanks to all that have replied so far!!

^ It's not really painful when I push on my legs, but yeah, I hope it's not blood clotting, I am young and don't smoke and am pretty healthy, so I hope it's okay. You guys don't think its my legs growing do you? I heard that you only grow when sleeping and you don't feel it, so that shouldn't be the case, but you never know.

Yeah, that's exactly what it's like. We are not going crazzy because 4 people in this thread have noticed this.lol It def. feels better after scratch my legs.

It's interesting though, is it our legs changing at all and veins/muscles moving or adjusting???
