My favorite piece of music is Howard Hanson's Symphony #2.  You can hear a part of it at the end of the movie "Alien" when the credits roll.  I also have a special love for Samuel Barber's "Adagio for Strings".

I like all kinds of music though. From rock to blues to bluegrass. There's even a Goth band that I like. I suppose when it comes down to it... if the person, band, or composer is really good, then they get my attention.  Shoot... there's even some bubble gum pop that I like.

i agree with you, i just personally cannot listen to country, gospel, or rap though....something about those three i just cannot enjoy.
