First up, you won't be able to change anything until you have 15 posts to your credit. Then you can just about do anything. (Providing it's legal) You may find a moderator swinging by soon with the official greeting and some of the do's and don'ts.
Good to hear of your current success with the herbs. That shaping must give you a lot of confidence, plus the fact you don't stop the nation when you open your mouth. LOL
It's just as well you want to take this at a leisurely pace, as I understand your NHS are currently being beaten by the snails. They are a good 15 furlongs in front at the moment; so I've heard.
You are certainly in good company here, as I haven't heard of anyones situation not being complex in some way, shape or form. It something that comes with the territory. So if you want to rant about it, feel free. Ranting can be therapeutic at times.
There is lots of good information here, which will supply you with almost endless evenings of good bedtime reading, as well as a plethora of wonderful people with experience that is second to none. So sit back, relax, get engaged and enjoy the journey.
