I just got a pair from here.

They make me 3 inches taller. 5'5 to 5'8 is worth it to me. I've worn them for under 10 hours, but they have been comfortable so far. They look more like a payless shoe than a brand, but seem well made. They look a little higher than a regular sneaker, but not enough that I think anyone would notice. Same goes with the foot bed. The silver circle thingys on mine are hard plastic. I expected them to be more squishy. Mine are Caldens and I'm usually an 8.5-9. I went with the 9 and they fit me perfectly.

I haven't actually bought these yet so I can't give a review one way or another but I saw these looking around the other day and thought about getting them:

they go into the shoe so you can wear them with whatever I think, not bad for only 13 bucks or so.

I've tried thoes. You can't wear them with most shoes. They have to be really spacious. Even then your feet will probably be pinned at the top a little. Also if you cut it a hair too big the fabric will ripple on the top. I find the texture really irritating to walk on.

oh, lame. did you ever try any of the other in the shoe lifts like what are offered on the website you linked? it would suck if all the in-sole lifts are terrible.
