You'll also want to find a therapist specializing, or at least has some experience, with transgender issues. You will likely need a letter of recommendation from this therapist for a doctor to prescribe the hormones for HRT. Specific dosing information is not permitted on this site due to its sensitive nature and facilitation of self-medication, which I would never recommend over seeing a trained doctor.
