'Twas the holiday season at this transgender house,
the crossdressers were trying on blouse after blouse.
The girls here wear wigs, the guys backwards caps,
the older transitioners take afternoon naps.
The guys know that Santa reads their letters with care,
amused that they all ask for facial hair.
Then there's the letters addressed to Saint Nick:
"I've been a good boy, please bring me a dick!"
Girls used to ask me for dresses and dolls,
now they ask Santa to remove their balls!
He's fat and jolly, and never nasty,
but Santa can't do a vaginoplasty!
Here's Santa now, with a smirk on his face,
"Which one of you ladies asked me for Mace?
"I brought lots of breastforms,
and my elves aren't slackers,
the sleigh is loaded with binders and packers!
Before he rose up the chimney,
he stopped and he smiled,
"Merry Christmas and God bless,
every transgendered child!"
