Almost everyone has the potential to pass and look beautiful, it's usually just a question of how much money you're willing to spend and how many surgeries and other procedures you're willing to go through. Your lips, cheeks, and browline all seem somewhat feminine. I think what will be most difficult for you is the jaw and the chin; covering these up can be done with hairstyles, makeup, and other techniques. Or, you can have facial feminization surgery which is usually very successful and helps one's confidence and passing ability. The downside is that it's quite expensive.

Questions you should consider...
1. Is this really what I want? Do I know inside that I am truly a girl?
2. What are the obstacles that stand in the way of my transition?
3. How much money do I have/am willing to spend on transition?

Regardless, if you feel you are transgender the first step is to begin seeing a therapist. There is a great list of therapists here:

Good luck!  :)

Going purely off the pictures here, I think you would pass easily with some effort.

Also, there are online therapists that could help in your situation.

First of all Emi, welcome to the forum!  Now, back to the discussion...

Passing does not always imply attractiveness, as the latter usually requires additional work, though some people are blessed.  The question you're asking is difficult for me to answer.  I suppose if money is no issue and you're willing to do whatever it takes, then yes, you could pass.  I can't say whether you'll be attractive; too many variables left unsaid and unseen.  Furthermore and regardless, attraction is in the eye of the beholder, thus while one may say yes, another may say no.  Take it for a grain of salt, there is no fact when it comes to passing or attraction.  I apologize if I seem harsh, I have never understood the question, "Could I pass?" (This was a rhetorical statement, by the way).

Now, as far as suggestions, that I can do and that makes sense to me.  As mentioned, your chin and jaw are noticeable masculine features.  Perhaps attempting to arch your eyebrows even slightly would also make a difference for the better.  Beyond that, it's hard to say.  It is much easier to get an idea of what to recommend and give suggestions if the person makes an attempt in the photos to look feminine.  Beyond this, it is also about self-acceptance, thus you'll need to discover your own wishes as far as how you want to look, excluding what anyone else says.  Know what you want in the end, never do something because someone else told you to.

Yes, you will be beautiful. Looking at the pictures I see very good "lines" for womanhood.

Congrats!
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Hormones! Especially since...

a) they are cheap
b) once you do have surgery, if you've been on hormones for awhile you will feel more "done" with transition
c) you're required to have been on hormones for 12 months to even have surgery
