we have a little problem here
As my body slowly changes and making me happy, my wife is more and more disgusted with it.
I'm far from anything like girls breast but she was habituated to my prepuberty like body. I had holes in place of areolas and was depressed about it from early age, now I have like Tanner II but she really hate it 
Is someone in similar situation?

Makes me wonder how many people here are gonna accuse her of 'being jealous'...

She clearly is into men only and doesn't have any bisexual tendencies...am I correct?

She say that she is disgusted with "man with boobs" (M2F)

I can kind of understand why she wouldn't like it, I know I wouldn't.  What is the situation? Are you transitioning while still married to her? Was she on board or are you just doing it regardless? 

I use term wife but we are not married.
We have two small children
We discuss my transitioning and make many compromises and have happy time now (I slower transitioning speed and hold of some doctor visits)
Few days back she even offer me that I can dress like a girl to go to shop (I refused because I had dirty hair and was untidy) but yesterday she saw me at bathroom and just go away with abomination.

Dressing up is something entirely different from fysical changes....

Did your girlfriend KNOW about your TS feelings BEFORE she embarked upon a relationship with you and having your children?

We have little different relationship
She live at me from first day we met 
At first or second sex we breed a child 
When we met I thought I'm TV and I try to overcome it with new girlfriend, she now I cross-dress and she know about my desire to have female body (at least with boobs and curves, SRS is not as important for me now) after like half year of our relationship

Sounds like a 'anything goes, let's stick together' relationship....and you both have never heard of birthcontrol or safe sex?

Anyway, perhaps your girlfriend thought of  'curing' you by having a straight relationship too...but then again: being almost immediately pregnant in a completely new relationship and then being informed in the second semester of your pregnancy about your boyfriends TS tendencies.......
Sounds you both got stuck and now she's sees your TS tendencies are for real and fysically developing....hard to swallow.

I  don't understand how you both could have decided on having a second baby under the given circumstances?!?

So has your girlfriend/wife ever said she was fine with you transitioning? Her being ok with you wearing womens clothing is a long way off from having a womans body.

First child was through birth control
Second was her wish, I was not at state to resist her

She sometimes look fine and sometimes denying
She pierced my ears for example. I think she is trying to accept it but in deep she can't.
