Greetings and hello to everyone here. I'll go ahead and say I am terrible at introductions and I'm incredibly nervous about posting here, but I'll give it a shot!
I guess I'm just too afraid to open up to the people close to me in my life, since I know they would never be accepting and I just don't have it in me to put them through this kind of thing. Most all of them see things as pretty much Black or White. Anything else they'll most likely dismiss as immoral or such other. Even my mother has openly told me in casual conversations that she doesn't agree with anyone changing the body that god gave them. Even tattoos are unacceptable to her. So confiding in my loved ones is out of the question.
Oddly enough, despite being male... A lot of my family, even my own mother has commented on how feminine I look. Even more so in the recent year that I decided to let my hair grow out. (I'll post some pictures when I find the appropriate topic.
) But I digress. I'll save all the chit-chat for other topics. Just wanted to say Hello, and I hope to become part of the wonderful family that has developed on this site as I prepare for my transition in a few months.
