Howdy,

I've this slightly burning pain / feeling on most of my knuckles on my hands. Could that be due to skin not being hydrated, and I need to use a hand cream, or something else?

Have you changed your soap or anything like that?

I think we need a bit more info.  I'm allergic to all sorts of  stuff and if I pick a soap etc with a formula that I react to I can turn into a itch red blob quite quickly. I do use moisturiser every day on my face and hands.
