Frank concluding by outlining his goals in the newly Democratic Congress. For example, he said that a bill on hate crimes for the transgender community will be on the House floor this spring along with a bill to end discrimination for the LGTB community in the working world.

His plans extended to the hopes of having a Democratic president in 2008.

"I'd like to let the gay community have the right to get married, keep a job without being discriminated against, and be able to join the military," Frank said.
