If I stay pre-srs then how far can my identity be changed.

Obviously I can change my name to Fiona. Will it have a ms in front of it?

Can i change my gender on anything?

etc ???

Despite a recent High Court ruling, most states are still requiring surgery before a gender marker can be changed. I'm wondering if I can find a lawyer who'll help me out with a Supreme Court challenge of this in Victoria..

However, there is a work around.. You can get an Australian Passport that will show your gender as Female, providing you supply a letter from your therapist when you do your passport application.. This doesn't require that your Birth Cert be changed - and in 99% of cases is just as useful for general ID purposes..

Summed up my response perfectly.
Yes you can change or remove your current title without any documentation.

you can change your passport without SRS https://www.passports.gov.au/web/sexgenderapplicants.aspx

Unlike the US gender isn't marked on your drivers license so female looking photo + female name is probably enough to get you by for most situations.  Having a drivers license and passport is enough to show 100 points of ID, so you can open bank accounts etc... without having to divulge your trans status.
