I couldn't find any answer in the search archive, so please explain why the nipples become so sore and sensitive to touch after being on HRT for a while?

Mine almost immediately became sore like only after 2 weeks and been driving me crazy the past 2 months now, lol.

I actually almost orgasmed and cried when this guy manhandled and licked/teased my nipples in bed the other night because they were so sore, but at the same time so excructaingly pleasurable!

Explanation?

lol idk, but I do know spiro causes breast /nipple tenderness. IDK if the spiro would be the cause of the constant nipple pinch feeling, or if it's general breast / nipple development. If I had to guess, however, I'd go with the nerves in the nipples are growing and while doing so, they're much more sensitive to the touch than we're used to. I know mine don't generally hurt unless I push on them a lil.

I got turned on when I was showering and the water hit my nipple! I was like.. oo what is this?... now I smile more 😀

Also, too much pinching will make them super sore!

Seriously, no one has a scientific explanation? obviously hormones are affecting the nipples, but how? That is what I want to know...

The itching sucks too.. fortunately that's calmed down a lot over the past month or so... but it used to keep me up!

 I wouldn't know what the cause is. I have never experienced it, to my dismay. Perhaps SRS will change things... it's sort of a last-hope. Improbable, but who can tell...

Certainly NOT after SRS,-  not with me in any case.
It will go on so long your boobs think they want to grow, even if very little.

Lastly, even IF they done growing it might come back depending on your hormonal situation. Natal girls have it also quite often when getting their periods. Right?

I always did (until I started binding/T/etc). It was the main way I knew when a period was coming, so I didn't have to track the dates.

BTW, I'm just now having my 'ovulation'... (started the white pills with P in them he he)... will see how that will affect my boobies - and then my 'period'... oh yeah? There are 12 white pills now, then 16 blue ones.
My boobies where sensitive as described (by that very nice article you posted) when e.g. turning on my stomach in bed and such.

Could that mean we in a constant PMS state when being flat out on E?!
No wonder about those mood swings and sore nipples non-stop, eh.

I have always had sensitive nipples, but now, woohoo.    All I need is someone else to play with them. 
They are sensitive to the slightest knock to though which is not good.   It seems to be worse when my breasts are going through a growth phase.

I'm not sure. What soreness that may be has never been noteworthy, if there was any. Some itchiness I can confirm however... But either way, my breasts are underdeveloped and note terribly sensate one way or another.

And for the fun of it, I'll be at thirteen months next week. 😛
