They're in the stores now and I love them. I get a large bowl and fill it halfway with water. Cut the pomegranate in quarters (on a plate, the juice will stain your cutting board) right through the fuzzy end. Hold a section underwater in the bowl, bending it and working the white stuff with your thumbs. The red arils sink, and the inedible white stuff floats. Pull out and discard the white stuff, strain and enjoy. Hugs, Devlyn
