I don't know what the new year will bring - streignth or weekness, move foreward or not at all. I will pry for answers for me and for all you out there that this year brings love and joy, and any painfull parts will be short and turned fast back to the positive.

Bless you all in 12!!!

I'll be home on the couch with the dog and 3 cats, a bowl of popcorn and an old movie at midnight.

A happy 2012 to you too, BillieTex and everyone else. :)

Personally, I am fully aware that it is very unlikely that the new year will have less hardships and catastrophes than any other year, but then again, even hardships may be an adventurous part of life that are experiences too, and not to forget, each year have atleast something good to give regardless, so bring it on, I say. ;D

Progress.  I'm going to the First Event Conference in Peabody, MA.  Is anybody else going to that?  It's one of the transgender conferences like Keystone and Southern Comfort but I think this is the only one in New England.  They happen to be meeting next month.  I still have to book the hotel rooms.  It's very expensive and it's a 6 hour drive away from here but I think I will meet a lot of people there, if I'm not so shy and can come out of my shell to introduce myself.  Usually at trans events, I do that easier than in non-trans events.

In March, we have the Keystone Conference in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and I'm looking forward to that.

So in the first three months of 2012, two big conferences, plus three TransCentral meetings, more meetings with my therapist in Philadelphia, including one with family members, and depending on when I am done meeting all of the FFS surgeons, I'm going to make a decision of which one to go to and I hope to have FFS in the summertime.

We should be hoping for the best.

Hoping for, but at the same time, trying to make it better.  I plan to, at least. ;) :D

I can't afford to go for the entire weekend, however I live 2 hours away and might drive down for the day on Fri or Sat. It would be great to meet other people from Susan's!

I started therapy (again) about a month ago, am making inroads and predict progress for the coming year.

I'll be celebrating the new year with my trans-friendly family members tonight, and I'm hoping 2012 is going to be a big year. :)
Despite what my profile pictures show, I am a very smiley and upbeat person. I'm merely the least photogenic person alive, that's all :P

2011 couldn't have been any worse, unemployment, legal battles, depression and stalled transition.  2012 can only be better, new college course, gender clinic appointment and moves forward.  the only issue I have is an income.  Hopefully, after geting my post grad diploma things will look a bit better on the employemnt front

I'm hopin the best for 2012!! But for transition, absolutely nothing will happen. I will neither regress or progress. I can't do anything about my transition, so I've purposely overextended myself with projects, work, and travel to keep my mind off things. Here's to hoping it works!!!

Getting away from gay culture. More into being a female.

I went to a gay bar last night and was bored. Still beat the hippy bar.

I have high hopes, though I admit my level of progress never really meets my expectations, but I will progress and not regress.
