The way I personally define "masculinity" is sort of like "being a gentleman". Characteristics such as politeness, respect, a willingness to put yourself in danger and to look out for others, are, I believe, traits anyone, man or woman, should have; and to me PERSONALLY "masculinity" combines these with honing your body and mind to be the best it can be. I think true masculinity unites sensitivity and strength. So does femininity, but masculinity has a subtly different way of doing it, a different "flavour", if you like - I can't explain what I think it is, it just IS. It isn't a political thing for me, it's just a feeling and identity I have.
