Wow... I hadn't seen that. I'm getting my chest surgery done by the same surgeon, too. GMH to know it has potential to turn out like that.

Plus he looks waaaay too much like a former friend. Its actually a bit scary. If ex-friend lost some weight and stopped trying to look like a guido, he'd look almost exactly like this dude.
