All you can do is ask and/or demand. Unfortunately, the rest is up to him.

You could try to appeal to his sense of justice/kindness. There's no easy answer to this one that I can think of.

What horrible words to spout, there is really nothing to say other than to avoid him as much as possible and not allow such things to hurt you.
