Lets hope I can stick with it, I've been trying to drink water to clean the insides out more.

Have you noticed that as you've upped the water intake you pee a LOT? That's been happening to me lately. I used to drink similar amounts of liquid (tea, cola, milk, juice, water all together) but now that it's mostly just water, I'm pissing like a race horse.

YES I have definately noticed that!  At first I was a little bit scared because I can hold my bladder fairly well and now it seems as though I have to go every half hour but thats a good thing as it allows me to practice with my improvised stp devices.

I was scared too because I thought I was getting a bad UTI or diabetes or something horrible, haha. Good to know it's happened to someone else. You'll have to let me know when it gets easier to hold, since it seems you've been at this a wee (pun intended ;D) bit longer than me.

Lol well for me personally I find it easier to hold it if I am either too busy or just too lazy to go.  I don't like to drink anything fast so I will just get a cup of ice water and try to finish it within an hour or two so the pressure doesn't get as intense.

Changing the subject a little.  Prawn crackers.  Soso as I did them in a frying pan on an electric stove.  Deep Fryer is nedded to give enough oil at the right temperature by the looks of things.  At least my new place will have a kitchen big enough to have a few appliances.

I've made a leek and bean casserole with loads of garlic and onion, some fresh sardines, fried some polenta and washed it down with a cup of tea and a bottle of Dutch amber beer...I am in piggy heaven.

Oh and I love an avocado (and to buy one at the equivalent of $2 here would be a good bargain, food is so expensive at the moment.)

I had avocado in my green salad tonight.  Among the ancient peoples of present-day Mexico, the avocado was considered an aphrodisiac, no doubt because of its shape.  Actually, the avocado  is very nutritious and are a key ingredient in "California cuisine."  And avocado oils are used in cosmetics, as some poster here might know.

It is the jobs of your kidneys to get rid of any excess fluid intake.  Really excessive fluid intake can deplete your electrolytes and can be life-threatening.  As it is, most people are slightly dehydrated and could use the extra fluid.
