Hello folks,

I'm Max, 20, and a Hawaiʻi boy. I am currently studying to become a draftsman (and possibly an architect in the future). My interests include art/design, linguistics, Eastern philosophy, and natural sciences. I enjoy being creative and going outdoors when I can.

I have been in transition since late December 2010. No hormones or surgery yet. Good things are to come, I'm sure!

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's. You appear to have your head screwed on the right way, and sound pretty happy with your progress. A healthy attitude like yours, tempered with a bit if eastern philosophy will make for an easier journey for you.

How do you feel about transitioning in this community?

Isn't it weird/cool that we are similar yet going in opposite directions?

At least we are in the same time zone.
