Treating male-to-female patients 'private' leeds UK?

Can anyone recommend anywhere in Leeds or surrounding areas..

The best I could find is this. http://www.northernconcord.org.uk/other.htm

These are all organisations which will support and advise transgender people.

I know it's difficult and even disheartening, but of the many things I've learnt here on Susans' is never give up.

Never stop believing in who you are. Never loose faith in yourself and never give up.
