Jenny, your plain simple "Lesbian!" Sounds so excited and eager! Like the school kid with his hand up going ooh ooh pick me pick me! Lol.

I'm lesbian too! But I am curious ;)

I think bisexual fits you if you feel that it does. I'm inclined to call myself a dyke at the moment because I'm mostly into women - but strictly speaking I'm bisexual. Bisexual is a funny label though, isn't it - I mean, it's so broad it's almost pointless, because it means "everyone in the world who isn't completely het or gay" and that's a huge range of different experience to fit under one umbrella.

I do agree Dear,
so "lipstick-dyke" it be then. Dyke for being still good with some non-girly stuff using tools other the pots and pans, - and vibrators... (I know how to change batteries too, oh YES! :-)

Some lesbians are just a bit guy curious at times also, - and so am I. :-)

PS: the very first road block with guys is - they mostly just so booooring! At least for me.
PPS: Gay males ARE the exception but hey, they just for friends now, aren't they?
PPPS: The more I look at my new avatar the more that looks like a lipstick-dyke, now doesn't it? :-)

I'm requesting this because being around many transgender people in L.A. and some in Tucson, I got the impression that especially the GGish / very passable MTF TS's are all heterosexual.  I only knew a few that were lesbian.

I'd like a display of who here's a trans-lesbian, just maybe hopefully to dispel the notion in my mind that most trans-women are heterosexual.

Perhaps a poll would have helped.

I'm still married. how's that for proof? :P

Me too! Started M2F transitioning several years ago, dropped fifty pounds, was and still am on HRT after ten years, had orchiectomy, FFS, electrolysis, sport boobs but quit and now post in Androgyne as a more natural place for me, I'm happy with it! Meanwhile, been talking about getting rid of the titties, but suddenly the little woman who was so opposed to the whole thing in the first place decided that I shouldn't, she says she likes them now as well as the clean underarms and hairless body. She likes to squish our chests together during intimacy. I think she's into a little lesbian kink!

I definitely agree with many of the response posted and the reasonings they gave. I would say I am trans-lesbian for sure, but I do have some curosity all-be-it very minimal. I think it would have to a perfect situation and perfect male person for me to go down the road of being bi or even strictly hetero ... I just find some many more things to like about women .... ohh where to start .... that men just don't possess.

I'm a lesbian and have a great girlfriend.  My only issue is that I'm pretty uninterested in sex for the most part.  This is in stark contrast to before transition and an orchi.

NOT I ! I find the notion of being with another gg woman redundant, repugnant . . . just plain too WEIRD and that especially goes for "feminists" not to mention their slavish, pro-female "manginas" !

I'm with you, having spent more than a few years following orchiectomy as an A-sexual being with zero libido. It doesn't have to be that way though. I talked with a very smart female naturopathic doctor who specializes in hormone replacement. She convinced me that even genetic females require a little testosterone in their system to have normal libido. She stuck several bio-identical testosterone pellets in one side of my butt and my libido came back. Much to my S.O.'s delight we are able to enjoy intimacy once again. Some here will no doubt say Ewwwww, but that's going to have to be their stuff and they can deal with it. As for me and my sweetie, we want a life!

Lets try to keep things civil.  You can be against something without being rude.

Sarah's post was a general request to keep things civil not a reference to the post above it.

I am an extremely bisexual lipstick-tomboy

I guess the rainbow tattoo I just had done across my right ring finger is a bit of a give-away!  Hopefully that will put an end to the "femme invisibility".  Definitely a lipstick lesbian,  but  Iam starting to  find some butches attractive too, as well as other femmes.

Perhaps a poll would have helped.

I made a poll about this quite a while ago.

How do you identity sexually, gay or straight? Gay is being attracted to the same sex as you, straight the opposite...

I only gave options for straight, gay, bi, asexual. I know, I know, don't crucify me for leaving out pansexual and all the other sexuals out there! I'm sorry! I was young and naive!

You might be surprised by the results.

Not really surprised actually...

sometimes I think I'm gay (lesbian) then I meet a really nice male person and so could imagine to be BI also. Getting all girlie then... tip toe through the tulips...

Oh, I'm such a girl... just a bit fluff-headed about it all really :-)

Like, comes first - served first, he he.

Being lesbian and being girlie are not mutually incompatible :D.
