I wanted to see what sort of countries spend the most time searching for the term "->-bleeped-<-s" on google. To make it interesting, I compared the search trends between "transgender" and "->-bleeped-<-." What I found was interesting:

First of all, people look for the term "->-bleeped-<-" a lot more than the rather innocuous term, "transgender." The red line represents the number of searches for ->-bleeped-<-s and the blue line represents the number of searches for transgenders. This trend didn't surprise me since "->-bleeped-<-" is a keyword used when searching for transgender porn. However, what did surprise me is who's looking for the so-called ->-bleeped-<-s:

The really light shaded countries obviously don't have high rates of internet access, but I was surprised that the US and Canada scored higher than most of Europe, Australia or New Zealand.  Apparently Aussies hold the record for looking for porn, but we must be more "vanilla" than North Americans.
I wonder if the Czech Republic is a source of porn itself?  It rates higher than the Netherlands or Germany, known for porn production.

Probably because the repression is so great there, the only available outlet is the relatively anonymous internet.

Several years ago I met a beautiful M2F woman who had transitioned in in her native Iran and had her SRS at a well known hospital in Tehran. I thought it rather amazing under the circumstances!

I can't recall any girls here writing about their trip to Tehran for SRS. Are the surgeons in Thailand so much better that we never hear about the Iranian doctors? Hugs, Devlyn

I know that there are people that have travelled to Iran for SRS, or atleast so have it been said, but I have never seen any such person here on the board.
As for Iranian SRS, I am still very curious about the cosmetic result, but have so far not managed to find any such pics.
I do know however, that it is apparently routin there to use the Sigmoid Colon SRS, as that, as a leading Iranian SRS-surgeon explained, is what is considered giving the best natural result(But also comes with some negatives aswell).

I would also assume that another reason for choosing this surgical technique, might be because of their Culture; The Sigmoid Colon SRS requires very little, if any, Vaginal Dilation after surgery to keep the vagina open, and that would be considered very desirable in a culture where the woman have to be a Virgin before marriage.
