A TRANSSEXUAL schoolboy is having a sex change after being inspired by pop star Lady Gaga.

Gender-bender Cambell Kenneford has been turning heads at school by dressing in hotpants and high heels for the past two years.

The 16-year-old, who is even referred to as "she" by teachers, hopes gender realignment surgery will help him carve out a career as a female model.

Cambell Kenneford, 16, has dreamed of becoming a female model despite being born male.

She is now planning to get gender realignment surgery after two years of hormone treatment.

There have, throughout the years, been people that have transitioned into Princess Diana, Elle McPhersson, Jennifer Lopez and several more.

I find it quite a fascinating topic, actually.

Oh heck, and so why not...

Some have even tried to transition into Lepricorns or was it a Cat? (Cat woman?)

But wow, going to high school like that? Dat confidence. I wasn't even able to look my classmates in the face, haha. I'm jealous.

I wanted a sex swap so I could be Paul MacCartney's girlfriend.
