With the new curriculum's controversial emphasis on compelling students to accept homosexuality, cross dressing and transsexual surgery as normal, abstinence must seem cross grained indeed. Granted, latex may be used to cover a multitude of things, but it cannot make decisions that are unwise and unhealthy into choices that are mature and safe.

I have no beef with ideologues. The D.C. area has the full spectrum, and there are ample courses such as sociology or political science in which to explore their goals. I do have a beef with MCPS for allowing health science to be subverted into indoctrination, so that children become guinea pigs for the latest social experiment.
