My name is Shalvia. I'm seventeen years old (am turning 18 this October--scary). I am FTM and proud! I'm so happy to have found a place where I can talk to others like me. I'm a total geek and love anime and manga. I'm shooting for a career in writing. Right now I write both poetry and gay literature. I want to reach out to the LGBTQQI Community through writing. I also play the harp and draw some. I basically love everything that has to do with art. I am a Bollywood fan, I love musicals, horror movies, love stories, etc. I do not discriminate when it comes it art (except the trashy kind). I'd say I'm open-minded and if I'm not as open-minded as I'd like I push myself to be more accepting. I hope to make tons to friends because I love talking to other people and giving and receiving advise on things. I can be shy, but once I get to know you I'm really friendly. Please be my friend.

You have a wonderful outlook on life and by the choice of your interests, you are having an amazing time soaking up the benefits it has to offer. Being proud of who you are, opens up amazing vistas of opportunity and personal wealth that border on the unimaginable. You have been through an incredible period of development and obviously have a lot of support to be in the place you are in.

There are many here that have similar interests to you, so there should be no problem in making friends. I, myself have a long time love of the harp, it was fostered in my youth by watching Harpo Marx in the Marx Bros movies. He himself was quite an accomplished harpist outside the movie industry. May be a bit early for you.
