I have been on Testosterone for 19 weeks now, and before starting testosterone I never really got periods. In fact, they only came maybe once or twice a year. After I started T- the next week I was bleeding. I havent bled anymore since then, but I have had severe cramps that have felt like menstrual cramping every so often, but the most noticeable has been the last couple weeks. I have been cramping on and off since then. I was just wondering if any of you have experienced cramping like that? I don't see my doctor for a while, so I just wanted to ask you guys if it's normal or if I should actually contact him about this

My last period was last month and I cramped like someone was stabbing me, but there was very little  blood. Before T I never had cramps that bad, they were always bare-able. But since that was my last period I'm just assuming it had to do with my body getting rid of the last of the blood in my uterus?

Nah, my cramps went away a few months after being on T.  I have endometriosis, so mine were always awful, now every once in awhile I'll have an odd cramp, but they're brief and hardly worth mentioning.

It could just be your body adapting while things shut down, or you could have had a hormonal imbalance or reproductive issues before starting T that the T is exacerbating.  If you're still having cramps in a few months, you'll probably need to see a gynecologist about that, it isn't normal after 5-6 months on T.
