EPIC.MOVIE. Its a foreign film in the "found footage" style like Cloverfield, only with less shaking. if you like monster movies i highly recommend this title and even if your not, it has stunning scenes of Norwegian countrysides, mountains and the like.

Hm well I know I'm a little late replying here but I would have to recommend this film too. However if someone might be expecting to see a lot of the trolls and expect a whole lot of screen time with them, you might not be too interested in this movie.

You DO get to see the trolls and they look great, but part of why this movie works so well is the mystery behind the fact that most of the people are in disbelief even though they are seeing the signs of the trolls, until a troll comes out at him.

There are some really thrilling and tense moments, balanced out by some comedy. If I'm not mistaken one of the main characters is a comedian (edit- though I am told he is rather controversial, you should not find him that way in this film) and even though this was set in a sort of 'Mockumentary' style I still think it's rather superb :)

If you are a fan of these kind of movies or are just interested in scandinavian cinema in general check this out asap!

It's hard to believe it's an indy film. Such an amazing film, though I was cringing when they tried to explain how the trolls worked.

i wouldn't go so far as to say it was amazing, but it was a lot of fun and i really enjoyed it.  i like that the found footage genre did something in the fantasy area, for a while i've thought that something like that would be interesting.  it's very tongue in cheek; the humour is very dry-- like lukas said, the whole thing feels like a mockumentary, but it's got enough weight to carry itself outside of the comedy.  the end was pretty epic.  hans was another kind of badass.

Wow, it's crazy how good reception this film got!
It's also crazier how someone I know is pretty good friends with the director.
