If you're roughly b-cup or less, masking and shipping tapes may work for you. I found that duct-tape tends to leave a residue that pulls hair and irritates skin at the edges. That can usually be avoided by placing a layer of shipping tape below the edgemost layers of duct tape. shipping tapes and masking tapes will come off painfully when wet or sweating\moving a lot, but will not leave such a residue. They also tend to ride up through daily wear, while duct tape adheres more evenly and lasts a bit longer. Medical tape may be too thin in width, while the tapes mentioned above are usually broader, and can therefore push more flesh without coming loose. Outside of removing it after a few hours and lazing about shirtless to let the adhesive and sweat dry, that's about it on my advice. Always use a square of toilet paper over the nipple, test the tape to see if it irritates you by fastening a piece to the inside of your arm for several hours before you decide on what you will use, and be ready to purchase your own rolls of tape or to have somebody bring them to you. Even if you only do it four days a week for about a month, you will run out of tape rather quickly.
